Faction tech/unit tree

In-game is there a way to see your faction's tech/unit tree? And/or a detailed description of unit's capabilities, etc.

Hopefully not necessary to pause the game to look such information up online., then go back to the game.

Also: how do you use the Rally To Me ability?

Unfortunately the only information up are the really vague tech/unit trees up on CoH3 website, youtube and discords.

I made a guide on steam that covers most of the units (on DAK) but besides that I don't think anyone else has done something similiar yet.

Rally To Me is on the Captain Retinue or-whatever right? I'd assume you just click on the ability and any squad that rallies will go to them instead of base.

Yes, Rally to Me is on Captain Retinue. Somehow I got it to work one time, but then another did not, so I wanted to clarify just what I'm supposed to be doing to use it.

I believe one of the reasons there is never a unit guide from any of the coh games is that the units change so often. A guide would change every patch especially at the beginning when they are trying to figure how to balance the game.

Yeah, there are usually a lot of changes early in the lifecycle of CoH games.

Oh yeah on this. I checked the CoH3 discord and it looks like there is supposedly a certain ability range around the Captain.

I believe the ability range is closer than the indicator shows, otherwise it works like a cast-able sprint that you can bestow upon any unit. Rally to me is similar, but is mostly used for freeing units from suppression like in Coh2.
I am not sure, but I believe the captain also gives small buffs to units fighting nearby, which if true is pretty potent, not to mention they have an LMG

Sounds like it's good when you accidentally push into a MG nest but don't want to completely lose your momentum. Probably could park a medical truck nearby too.
