Crash after completing Monte Cassino. Anyone else?

As the title says, as soon as I finish the mission, it loads me back to the main map and then immediately crashes. There's no error, the game just completely freezes up and stops responding. I've had this happen THREE times now, and not a single crash otherwise in this game.

Anyone else run into this? The mission is rather long and I dont want to do it a 4th time just to have it hit the same exact crash, but I can't continue the campaign otherwise.

Yeah I had this issue as well. No fix. I was going to try restarting the campaign but decided to wait till its in a more stable state.
