How to watch replays without Fog of War (FOW)
Create a shotcut for the RelicCoH3.exe and enter the following starting parameters:

RelicCoH3.exe" -replay playback:temp.rec -dev

Then open the console with CTRL + SHIFT + ~
And enter FOW_UIRevealAll

You can also change the speed of the replay with :
setsimrate(x)
normal speed = setsimrate(8)
2x speed = setsimrate(16)
3x speed = setsimrate(24)

https://github.com/Janne252/coh3-replay-enhancements gives you a in game menu to switch players, toggle fog of war and switch replay speed.
