Campaign Loyalty

How do I increase the American General's loyalty???? It would increase when I bomb enemy companies with B-25 bomber but now it doesn't for some reason I think it maybe bugged?

I already maxed the British General but I too haven't maxed the American General yet. So I am not sure at what point in the campaign when that will happen?

Not sure if we can max out the loyalty from all three leaders at the end or not, but if you wanna max out the loyalty of a single leader first then just follow every suggestion he/she makes to you in the game and ignore the other two.

It is super easy to max out all three, barely an inconvenience.

It's not explained in the game anywhere, but apparently using bombing runs and air superiority from your air fields increases your Buckram loyalty.

I was wondering because the enemy AI never uses planes so I never used the fighters, and if you bomb anything that's a town you get negative Valenti loyalty, so I never used bombers. Conquered the whole map, did every mission, never failed a timed optional objective, and spent the whole game wondering why everything you do gives Norton loyalty and nothing else lol.

It doesn't help that the Partisan abilities sometimes stop working so it's also hard to gain Valenti lotalty...

Emplacements, ships, bombers and fighters dont really do much, TBH.

And the last mission is pretty easy, I am not entirely sure loyalty makes any difference to it.

The whole thing was really underwhelming.

I have reached all 3 commander loyalties before the final mission.

- Buckaram seems to be the slowest as it request either taking his actions as priority (which I didn't) or going full bombarment style (aerial, naval), which doesn't always provide an increase on loyalty. However, taking cities helps to increase the loyalty of Buckaram, but can't remember which ones does so I end up taking almost all cities except the ones behind the final mission.

- Norton is the easiest one, just turtle and capture every port and city that you can (Bari, Potenza, etc) so you get more supplies. Also always let your soldiers take a rest so you get more loyalty points.

- Valenti is kinda easy as long as you capture cities with the partisan symbol or use the partisans abilities over the map (any ability will give loyalty). Just do not bombard any city or town (when highlighted red within the radio of action), otherwise you will lose loyalty points.
