It is 100% you can tell by all the large text, large HUD and horrible Zoom level it has by default ( i got the zoom fix mod from the steam workshop ) to increase frame rate with less to draw on screen at any given time.
So yeah, for me it's obvious that the focus was on console which is really disappointing really considering COH1 and 2 were solely PC and 3 only exists because of the PC community and fans of the game on this platform. Way to slap the backers around the face if you ask me.
It's Mike the Mechanic. And his Magical Mr. Fix-it Truck.
Brits don't have one, that's why I always drive my tanks into burned out hulls.
Turn them into dust before they are necromanced.
Field surgery?
Necromancy?
Who knows.
It's Necromancy can confirm.
Find something real to complain about, preferably not related to this or any other game.
HUD is much better than CoH2. In that game it filled the entire lower section of the screen. Zoom level is the same as CoH1 and 2 as far as i can tell. The only problem the ps5 might have running this game is all the a.i. stuff and pathfinding etc, not the visual effects. So that point kind of makes no sense.
Yes, the VXF were far less goofy. Crane up and down, and welding sparks.
CoH3 one seems to be performing necromancy.
Historically, the vast majority of tanks 'destroyed', were simply abandoned by their crew due to fear/panic or minor damage that rendered the tank useless for the battle but easy to repair, like the treads being blown lose or a shell getting stuck in the cannon.
It's not even historical, unfortunately, it's still a modern occurrence or practice.
If you want realism, you'll have to look for it outside of the RTS genre, or even outside the video game medium in entirety. War movies and novels might be a better shot.
Ideal sheep consumer alarm
Well in the game it does not happen, vehicles get completely wrecked. Frankly salvage vehicles, should actually just be salvage vehicles that remove the wreck and add some resources in exchange.
In all 3 COH games salvage vehicles make zero sense, including creating the crew out of thin air.
Now that I think about it in CoH1 US had the building that deployed medics to pick up wounded soldiers from the field and later it turns into full health squad. Now THAT is some magic ♥♥♥♥.
I do own the game..
