I think im about 3 missions in and I cant bring myself to play it anymore
I played the italy campaign some hours and i´m a little bit more okay with the voice lines there. But what makes the italy campaign bad for me is the non existence AI there. Just planes every round which is more annoying than immersive because of that too long animation.
Only played Italian for a couple hours , but so far I like the idea of it lol
Yeah if I had it my way the German factions would just be speaking German.
Rommel sounds ridiculous, though. Flat delivery, bad lines, and the lines are obviously stitched together.
As a Brit, I also cringe at the British lines. Terrible, whereas in the last game, they were excellent.
Like how the US sounds US, but the germans sounds like someone make a parody, anyone can do that, it just gets old.
No one now talks like the 1940s. Should i have said 1940s Hollywood/Elstree
I guess for germans Rommel sounds exactly like every soviet character in CoH2 for russian speaking community.
I think they are still haunted by the Russian accents of Harrison Ford & Liam Neeson in K-19: The Widowmaker.
At least Relic nailed, "The Canadians, eh?" For the upcoming Canadian Shock Troops.
British are second best.
Americans and Germans are the worst.

I think the British voice lines are actually pretty well done. The Taff Engi's are great, and there's a nice mix of regional accents, outside of your usual cockney geezer. We're not all from ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ London....
I thought the lines were a lot funnier in the last game and felt like there were even more regional accents like the West Country Churchill driver. Preferred the Welsh engineers in the last game - this time they sound out of 2023, using words like "buzzing". The retarded and angry Scottish heavy tank voice is too over the top in a Groundskeeper Willie sort of a way.
