Game doesn't even have a surrender button. Only way to exit is to either leave (once its completely hopeless/game over) or wait several minutes for the remaining tickets to clock over.

So no, no penalty for leavers other than losing MMR/ELO that you can only see by googling the leaderboard.

Is there actually an ELO that matches you with similar players? So youre saying there is a hope after playing enough games to stop being matched with noobs that leave in first 5-10 minutes every game? I thought it would only become possible after introducing of ranked games.

While I do understand the frustration, it is everyones right to quit a match whenever he or she wants to, you or Relic have no authority to punish them, as long they do not break the TOS that is, simply leaving, does not at all.

There is elo, whether it is working at all is doubtful.
