I have the same Issue.I can move the ship via the Docking order but can`t land my unit or delete it to create another one...

if you can rejoin an earlier quicksave before it happend it fixes it too

I just encountered this bug. So this is SEGA as i know it from Total War. Releasing a DLC for this game but not fixing a game breaking bug within 9 month! :D

Late May 2024 and I found this discussion because I was searching on how to... go on, try to guess, I bet you can't!

I can confirm that this bug is still present in the game. I usually don't bash at game companies, but this is rather bad considering that the game was released more than a year ago... What is strange though is that it worked to deploy the troops in my previous campaigns, but I guess I failed to trigger some prerequisite this time.

Btw, it currently has a pretty nice bug that allows you to get infinite ammo. Some of my companies can create free anti-tank guns, AA-guns et cetera on the strategic map that gives you a refund of ammo when you cancel them :)

Just adding to the cacophony: same problem. Can’t unload the company, can’t scrap the ship because it has a company onboard. This also means it can’t be use to transport anyone else, and it’s not even really useful as fire support because its bombardment costs twice as much as that of a B-25. It serves no purpose other than a permanent handicap on my population cap.
