DUN---DUN-DUN-DUN-DUN!
Is there any further variety to the game's soundtrack during battles than that ONE constant, repetitive tune!? Were the developers that lazy in the audio/soundtrack department that they couldn't have a nice, dynamic soundtrack with more than one song??

Though I never played COH2, I do remember the first COH having far more variety in terms of music, and dynamic music that changes in response to the level of action, activity, and fighting during the battle. This game sounds like a broken record, I'm so sick of it. How much work did Relic put into the soundtrack beyond this one repeating music track!? God, I want to rip my ears out.

I know it's probably a lost hope, but I am hoping they will include more to the soundtrack in future updates.

First thing I do when playing a new video game.

Cut the music.

Some developers have beautiful music, but no matter how great it may be, I can't game while listening to endless soundtracks.

Gives me a headache.

Rather listen to birds chirping. Or the clattering sound of a tank's diesel engine.

Except... you cant even hear tank engine unless you zoom in very close .

We all getting console experience....

It's unfortunate there is only one ingame cue.. and one menu cue. No budget for music, I guess.

CoH1 had the best soundtrack! Its DLC's too.

Music and Motion blur are the very first things I turn off in every game. Sometimes Ill leave menu music on, only if that is a option. Now that you bring it up, I m curious to see what it sounds like.

The one track/tune I referred to is actually well done and very nice to listen to, but being that it's probably either the only in-game track (or at least one of two in-game tracks) the game has, it gets extremely repetitive after the 15th time it plays - within the same battle.

I had to resort to turning the music off for the first time today because of how repetitive it is. I'd rather play the game without it at this point.
play your own music..

Why should I? Why don't I just create my own game, then??

Do you know why not? Because I paid full price for a game that should have fully fleshed out features in all aspects, including a soundtrack that is decent enough to not be repetitive. Especially since previous titles in this series delivered a far higher standard in the soundtrack depwrtment.

Why the hell are you people continuously accepting substandard games year after year at FULL AAA TITLE PRICES?? This is the reason why development studios are getting away increasingly with highway robbery by delivering half-complete games at full prices.

"just play your own music" is a cop-out. Tell yourself that the next time you pay full price for a movie that you watch with an absent or crappy soundtrack. You need to stand up for yourself as a consumer more.

Let's get John Williams to compose some theme based scores.

EXCELLENT CHOICE! Suits the game perfectly well!

Adding this to my #1 playlist. Also contacting Relic to see if they can include this in a future patch!
