Don't think there are any you can build this will be addressed at some point in future I'm sure (expansion or added units). Right now just skills no units. Although there is mobile artillery in one of the faction set ups forget which one

There is the M8 Scott, although I suppose it's not really what you're talking about.

For the first time in a CoH game, the Americans don't have an Infantry Doctrine, which in CoH1 + CoH2 provided artillery options. Perhaps something like that will be DLC.

The fact they couldnt add a basic Infantry Doctrine for the US or Brits... is mind boggling to say the least.

So it will be a paid dlc?

Well, the Brit equivalent would be the Indian Artillery one, which gives you Gurkhas (maybe the best elite inf in the game) and various arty options.

The Indian Artillery is more of a "Support" Company at best. Sure Ghurkas are awesome, but you get a mortar call in and an SPG call in. No real buffs towards infantry other then good infantry.

A Candian Infantry Regiment Command of a Royale Guard Regiment Command would be nice.

M8 Scott in this game is super Disappointing, the barrage ability does not outrange AT.

Indian artillery has Valour i'm pretty sure which is a buff when units start dropping. And ya Brits get the M1 pack howitzer from a commander.

That's a good weapon. I use it sometimes.

Instead of the Bishop.

Yes, could be interesting, depending what else it had. Ram tank, maybe?

My main wish for a Brit DLC commander would be Recon/Special Forces:

- SAS Commandos (formed in N. Africa so very relevant to CoH3)
- Long Range Desert Group
- Daimler or AEC
- Valentine?
- aerial recon
- smoke & strafing runs

I feel like SAS and British Paratroopers are certain at some point. The fact that they have Canadian Shock Troopers in the game already... but no regiment to go with them is quite sad.

I'd imagine they'd have:
- Mechanized Infantry Group (M3 Halftrack + Canadian Infantry Section)
- Mosquito Loiter
- Infantry Defenses (Infantry Sections can build Fighting Positions, Sandbags, & Barbed Wire)
- M2 Machine Gun Team
- Canadian Shock Trooper Section
- Sherman VC "Firefly" or M10 "Achilles"

Which this could be split into Mechanized Assault Group and Shock Infantry

A Royale Guard Regiment could have:
- Weapons Package (PIAT Loadout for Royal Engineers and Royal Guard Section)
- Defensive Positions (Sappers & Royal Engineers can build Fighting Positions, 40mm Bofors Positions, and QF 17 Pounder Positions)
- Royal Guard Assault Group (Royal Guard Section + Bren Gun Carrier)
- Off-Map Artillery
- Creeping Barrage
- QF 25 Pounder Position (Built by Royal Engineers)

Could be split into Royal Guard Company and Defensive Doctrine

Has anyone done some extensive tests with the Whizbang yet? Heard it's pretty lackluster.
