He is telling you to wait for trusted sources and not take the word of paid shills. I mean if you don't know by now that big sites/professional critics give good reviews because of what they get in return, I don't know what to tell you.
Now I am not saying its going to get bad reviews from other sources but he has a valid point.

It depends, some games have a good start and when you find out its bad, its to late(over the 2h). Who knows.

I dont care much for user reviews. I have my trusted source in a german gaming magazine who gave the game 90/100. Their reviews nearly always hit my own opinion. User reviews either tend to be too positive or too negative. So many users rate out of emotions and not if the game is any good/bad!

As I said they nearly almost hit my opinion. So no reason to distrust anything there for me, never felt they got paid for anything and they also gvve bad reviews for bad AAA games without hesitation. And I already liked the beta and previews.

There was a video from YT channel, that guy seemed like a big fan of the COH series and the issues he broth up made it look like quite far from the 9/10. It also makes no sense, I played the beta. This is not a 9/10 game. Perhaps in some years down the line.

The video is over a month old, nothing you can base a real review on. I read the german magazine since 20 years and never got disappointed with a single review. So I rather trust them. And the beta already gave me a very good feeling.
