At least, there were texture !
Lighting is worse, the visuals lost a lot of depth and feel more flat.
Post Processing effects are worse and without them the cinematic feel of the visuals is gone.
Colors are worse, e.g. the bushes went from a (dark) green to almost yellowish.

Yes, I'd like to see the saturation go up again. Why not just implement a contrast and saturation slider then, to let people customize the visuals to their liking without the use of any external software?
And besides that, we got a full downgrade, not just less color saturation.
I doubt that anyone actually prefers the release visuals over the pre-alpha.

There's some weird barely visible graphical smudges here and there, but the graphics are alot sharper and my eyes don't burn out and hurt as they do with the regular graphics.
If that's all it takes, makes ya wonder why the devs didn't built these things in there.
It really wasn't.
I guess there's no way around Re-Shade right now until Relic (hopefully) does some changes to the current lacking graphics.
It could probably be very easy by just implementing different sliders for hue, saturation and contrast, so everyone can customize their visuals to their liking.
Timestamp at 4:28 for the comparison. Graphics look much better and unit readability is also improved by a lot!

reshade might fix this problem.
