Hello,

I was unable to start game, it says that I am not connected to Steam..

Anyone faced this issue? How to solve it?

Error message as below:

I've experienced the same problem. No solutions yet but I do have a ticket open with Relic.

I know you probably tried this. Log out, Open task manager and shut down all steam that is active. Restart PC and and try steam again.

Did it, but problem is only with COH3, rest of the games,steam,mails etc. all working good.

Oh crap, yeah ignore what I said, that is a different problem. What country are you in, maybe check the time zones are right? Im just guessing.

Are you both using Wifi for connections by any chance? It also could be maintenance maybe.

No, I have connected with cable directly, verified game files, restarted the pc, steam, game, nothing works, probably technical problem.

COH3 is updating right now for me, what I found online about this code was just internet connection issues.

Same problem. Checked internet connection, all fine, no package loss, disabling VPN also doesn't have effect...

It has something to do with router, I can launch the game on other network, or mobile network. If I change back to my main router - game seems to work fine, even MP seems to work. Only validation during game launch is failing. I hope issue will be fixed, for now it is at least a way to launch the game...

Okey guys, it has been solved. It's related with your service provider family protection package, it seems this package marks the game and blocks it to connect internet. You have to close it.

evet arkadaşlar genelde türkiyeden olduğu için çözümü bende söyliyim ben türk telekom kullanıyorum müşteri hizmetlerinş arayıp güvenli interneti kapatmasını rica ederseniz oyuna girebiliyorsunuz
