I don't know anybody that games on a Mac. My sister is the only person I know that owns one.
Yes, mobiles make mountains of money, but their games suck. My favorite mobile game right now is Road to Valor: Empires, but I'd never dump PC gaming for mobiles.
As far as consoles go, I haven't touched a console since the late 1980's. Been buying powerful desktops ever since. Nothing can beat them.
I just finished playing Hogwarts on ultra settings while the entire forum was on fire with complaints about not being able to run the game. And that will happen when Starfield releases. And the next big game after that.
