Sooo...do I play the Italian Campaign or North African Campaign First?

Just wondering. I know it's a stupid nitpick, but they have the Italian Campaign listed above the North African campaign on the Single Player Campaign screen which sorta implies you do that one first. Yet in real life North Africa happened before the invasion of Italy. Anyone know if there's a reason they're listed that way or if it matters at all?

All I know is the North African campaign is linear and shorter (8 missions or so) versus the Italian campaign being a larger strategic map, im going to start with African campaign personally

As far as I know they don't have a connected story so it doesn't really matter which you play first. I'm doing African one first to get a feel for the DAK.

NA campaign is before the Italy campaign. Allies launched it from North Africa and the Allied campaign does state that they are chasing the Germans

Good luck friendo! I'm still installing (just pulled trigger on the game a few minutes ago) Personally i prefer the Men of War series, but its kinda janky and showing its age at this point; and the new title is reportedly due this year but no real updates so I need my WW2 RTS fix somehow
