Hello to all,

After buying a AMD Radeon 6700XT, I received a code to get Company Of Heroes 3 with this code. I went on AMD rewards, I followed the procedure and everything is ok, I have my code. On the official website of company of Heroes 3, my Steam account is linked.

When I want to activate my code on https://community.companyofheroes.com/profile/me/rewards/code-activation, I have the following message: This code is not valid or active, please contact Sega Support.

Someone can tell me what to do because I have no idea how to FINALLY activate my game.

check your email inbox, for google mail -> "all mail" or "promotions". it should have been delivered to the email you registered with.

In that case, only your son can redeem it on his pc unless you have a ryzeen 5000 cpu in your pc as well.

I did all verifications steps (AMD verification software) with my PC Ryzen 9 5900X / RX 6700 XT and all codes are ok. The only one won't working is this one like other people here. Ticket opened and waiting for answer.

The code is not working for me as well. This is why I like to activate cd keys right away, I hate having them sit in my email.

Oh great I was afraid of this when I tried to put in my code last week when I bought a new 5800x3d and it gave an error that I have to wait for launch. Hope it works when I get home tonight I want to play!

*edit* Got home and at first it wouldn't let me login to the rewards website(kept getting "cannot post"), but I managed to make it work by using a different browser AND disabling Norton. Odd that Norton and Firefox did not work with that site it does seem very cheaply made. Anyways at least it worked and I got it :D.
