You can redeem the AMD codes now and start preloading, there are still a couple of hours to go before the game is actually released.

Yeah mine isn't working either.

On the AMD Rewards site it says "Release Date: 2023-05-01" - Firstly what savage writes a date like this? But more importantly, is this an old release date for CoH3 that never got updated? Or are they saying we have to wait until May to be able to use our codes?...

Already raised a ticket with Sega support, so now I'll I can do is wait.

If you look at the directions, you have to go to the COH website, redeem the AMD code there and activate. Once you do this, you will receive an email with the Steam code. It's all on the AMD reward page under activation instructions I think it is.
