Its hilarious how a non-German native speaker tells German native speakers that its not a problem that their language is not present in the game.
lol.
Nerv mal nicht mit deiner scheiß eigenwerbung. In jedem threat findet man das von dir…
Musst es ja nicht lesen.
it makes me cringe.
The differents is, that the german army spoke, you guess it, german.
Its a missing feature that all pevious games had
As Krautsturm has already said, the German military did speak German. This isn't about German being presented as a user language but as a spoken language for German soldiers, in order to increase immersion. I personally play the game in English as I always do, but I want German soldiers to speak German.
Same as I want Italian soldiers to speak Italian.
Now that being said, you claimed you are from a much smaller country, exactly. German players are some of the most represented gaming population on the entire globe, far up there with South Korea, China, Japan, Russia, the US and so on.
Plus its the most spoken language in Europe.
To have German in a game, is completely normal and necessary to even keep the sales up. lol.
So stop whining out of jealousy, that your language isn't relevant enough to game developers. Germans are the kings of Europe.
Also, this German Englisch mix, which we call Denglisch, becomes really foreign embarrasing after some time. The amount of german solders shouting "f" let them appear like somekind of american teenagers.
And of course its a sales point, you want to play a game in your mother tongue, next to increasing imersion, its just more comfy to listen to your own language, as you need to concentrate way less.
Als Randnotiz, ich hatte mal dem Support geschrieben und habe tatsächlich eine Antwort deswegen bekommen:

Hi again,
I totally understand that not having the German people speak German can be unusual at the least and I agree that some people can feel like they lose on the immersion when playing.
This was a topic of discussion before and the team is aware of the reports regarding the German voice lines.
They are looking into it to improve it, however, I'd recommend keeping an eye out for any updates on it since this would most likely be announced on our forums before anywhere else.
Also vll wird tatsächlich nochmal etwas nachgeliefert, auch wenn ich es ehrlich gesagt ein wenig bezweifle.
You know that a setting such as " Turn on/off national voice lines " could be a thing right ?
