Thunder Rock Isle

I can't get across the water as my water walking runs out before I get there. I've seen the path other people take and for some reason their water walking seems to last longer. I can't upgrade to second sprint as it needs springs which you need reagents from the isle to make. So I'm stuck. Any ideas?

Have you tried to use jump just before waterspirnt ends? May help.

I always took the path to the right where the water is shallow and you can walk in it and go from island to island while jumping at the end of my sprint, the first few times was a pain and failed but after a few tries it was easier to figure out and haven't fell in the water since, it def IS possible so keep trying.
