Luck Class + Luck weapon sets
I was stoked in FTK1 to see speed weapons added, and even more stoked in FTK2 to see Vit weapons added, plus more vit classes. I know there is that toy hammer that is a luck based weapon. Would love to see a luck based class, say gambler or daredevil, and some luck based weapon sets. Think setzer from Final Fantasy 6 with dice, slot machines, card decks, etc. You could even have a luck based cannon that actually fires the daredevil wearing a spiked helmet at the enemy. Just consider the possibilities.

The problem with this is you can max luck (95) in the first 3-4 turns by picking the luck trait and getting the black cat +20 luck from a chest. No other stat can be raised this fast.

I would counter this by saying as is there is virtually no reason to ever slot luck other than for a single character to do some carnivals. Sure, it has been added to the proc formula for many class skills, but still not worth a main stat or +dmg slot.

So yes, the trait would need to be adjusted. The black cat too. But this latest patch has shown us they are not afraid to make changes for the betterment of the game. That said, I cannot swear this would be one of them. Just an interesting idea on how to make luck more important,

Luck weapons would need to have interesting mechanics to make it fit the theme of the stat to even be worth making these changes for.

Also, speed was easy to nearly cap out in FTK1 with only the hourglass on a hunter. Let you assign all other gear slots to +dmg to max it out.

Just to add an update: It turns out there IS at least one luck weapon. The Toy Hammer from FTK1 made it into FTK2, and with 95 Luck it does pretty beasty damage. My dedicated healer went from poking people with a staff for 15-20 to stunning people every turn with 40-50 damage hits. It's also just a single roll weapon, so with 95 luck I do not think you can miss?

Yep, toy hammer was included in my OP. It's the only luck weapon that I've seen.

And as a side note, stun is IMO one of the worst abilities in the game. SOOOOOO many things are flat immune to stun.
