So yes, the trait would need to be adjusted. The black cat too. But this latest patch has shown us they are not afraid to make changes for the betterment of the game. That said, I cannot swear this would be one of them. Just an interesting idea on how to make luck more important,
Luck weapons would need to have interesting mechanics to make it fit the theme of the stat to even be worth making these changes for.
Also, speed was easy to nearly cap out in FTK1 with only the hourglass on a hunter. Let you assign all other gear slots to +dmg to max it out.
And as a side note, stun is IMO one of the worst abilities in the game. SOOOOOO many things are flat immune to stun.
