Lucky Ignores Steal Immunity??
So my personal least favorite enemy from any RPG ever made its return in FtK2, that being Lucky the Scourge. Not only does he have one of the most infuriating effects, he also has a boss fight that is nigh impossible to beat without perfect luck.

This would be all well and good if there was a way to counter his primary gimmick; stealing your gold and running one turn later. I was playing a two-player Co-op mission where I had steal immunity and was our frontliner during the battle. After having to refight lucky 6 TIMES because we kept missing our last attack or two, the breaking point came where I missed this tiny, puntable gremlin 4 times in a row when he had less than 20 HP left and he decided he didn't want to push his luck anymore, stole gold off of me through the ONE counter I thought he had, and got away before we could kill him.

All I can ask is that this gets fixed, since the fight is unbearable with a smaller party, and there is no other consistent way that he can be fought that I've found at least.

Steal immunity might be buggy? As a tip in future, use shock on him so he can't escape.

Do we get the loot back from that scourge when it is defeated? Or is it just magically gone forever?

Cause I got it in one game and I swear it's coded to steal anything that you click equip on which really cratered my team. It also spawned across the heccin map like as far as you can imagine from my location.

If memory serves after the third or fourth stolen upgrade trudging my way across the map I just abandoned that game because it pushed me so far behind in power and I was still only about half way to Lucky.

That's a great idea actually, I didn't have an access to it yet due to Lucky being an early game enemy, but I'll definitely use this idea in my future runs, so thank you!

Actually I think I was mistaken. Lucky has immunity to status effects so best way is to figure out way to deal lots of damage and use focus to guarantee hits.

"without perfect luck"

then you remember focus builds exist and you can nuke him 2 attacks with a scholar / alchemist

Yeah, that's certainly an option that would be reasonable to use, though being honest I made this post out of frustration due to getting absolutely rolled despite pumping focus with an alchemist and a farmer to try and take care of him. After running through two golden roots and having that steal immunity being ignored, still not having him dead had me royally riled up at that moment, lmao.
