Ghost followers
How do I get rid of ghost followers from the scourge?

Kill the scourge and then hope for the best. You lose them when they die.
Not sure if they're supposed to vanish after the scourge is dead, but so far the only way to get rid of them is to wait for them to die. Unfortunately they're hard to kill ...
