As a quick TL;DR for anyone dropping by with worries:
No cancelled DLC, just reorganizing the roadmap.
DLC parity with consoles
We needed to get the game into a better place from launch. Hopefully, the changes we've made and the ones coming with community feedback in mind will have folks feel more comfortable with additional free and paid DLC, as we don't want it to feel like we're ignoring issues in favour of new content or coming back with open palms for $$ without those changes in mind.
