Act 5 - Secret Shopper Key

I scoured the entire Act 5 map uncovering every '?' tile and entering every cave/dungeon but haven't found the Key (Fancy Key) necessary to unlock the door. I got the Skelly Key from the Silver Snake but that's not the correct one.

Anybody with info how to get it I'll throw some Steam Points your way for the trouble.

The keys only shows up sold by goblin merchant that spawns in the same dungeon as the door. Its luck of the draw if he spawns before you reach that door. If he spawns after, the key is gone.
