How to unlock the wood cutter?

i heard you need to find a random encounter in chapter 2 , i had already beaten it so i replayed it , explored the ENTIRE map, laze around just spamming the skip button to see if something shoes up , but i didnt find anithing, is it realy this chapter?

I think it's not random, just hidden.
I conjecture that it's seeded on the map from start of Chapter.
You just need to Find it by being within your Find Distance of it, at any point during a move.

In my game, it was outside the triangle formed by the 3 quest towns.
So if you go directly from one quest town to the next, it's off your path.

If you've revealed every '?' in every land tile on the map, then I dunno.
That's "all" I was doing when I found it.

bro, i unlocked everething, even the tiny islands with 5-6 tiles, either this is bugged or rngesus hates me

If u use Pathfinder it makes finding the hidden encounter alot easier and then u just gotta explore after that
