How do i get rid of the powerstone minecart?

so ive seen somewhere saying you should use powder keg, i have like 5 of them but cant use them. Plz halp!

You need to place a Keg in the way the cart will go.
The Keg explodes after 4 turns, so be sure to be close enough or have the cart ram into it.

Thank you for answering but HOW DO I ACTUALLY PLACE the keg? like i see them in my inventory but i cant use it

You use it like any other item on overworld. Bottom right hand spot on your game,
