Find Woodcutter

Any tips on finding the woodcutter. I understand the whole random thing. But does he tend to show up on the outskirts, on a road, in swamp, on forest, close to the center ring.

just opened the entire map of chapter 2 and nothing...its aggravating

there is a chance his cart will spawn in chapter 2 not garunteed. May take a few runs.

Yea I've tried running chapter 2 numerous times and exploring most of the map, but he still doesn't show up.

If youve completed the map you could just, use 4 pathfinders with spyglasses and movementspeed to scan the entire map, took me like half an hour to finally find it, for me he showed up on the north east

Think you need to kill the spider queen before it spawns.

Found his prison cart about 25 spaces from the northern-most point of the map. He was about 10 spaces north of the road, after the road turns to the northeast between the mountains and the lake. Our characters were Level 4, and we were only halfway done with Chapter 2 when we found him.

This is one of the down sides of the new large maps. Random generation seeds love to hide important encounters in corners or behind things you can't see past in areas where you normally would not go.
