Cant move after battles

After some battles sometime I cant move the character because I am not able to highlight any hexes. I have moves available, I just cant select the hex because it doesnt highlight. Anyone else have this issue? It is happening with me and my buddy when were playing coop quite often.

it seems to be common during a day change (when you've taken a full turn and it attempts to cycle back to character 1).

it will roll for their movement allowance and then you are stuck. ive had it happen in single player through several chapters and it happened on multiplayer today for my buddy and i, requiring a reload anytime it does this in either single or multi

i also noticed that sometimes swapping weapons then swapping back work, but not always
