It doesn't apply during active combat rounds tho it would be awesome if it did.
+ In FtK I, HP Regen activated at the end of every dungeon step.
Cave, non-combat step ahead, everybody switch to their spare +HP and Passive gear
Your party could rake in +15 HP across 3 heroes, +2 Focus, and 0-1 herb, per step.
- In FtK II, HP Regen no longer procs after dungeon steps. Don't even bother switching.
+ Passives still proc normally per dungeon step: Refocus, Find Herb, Find Scroll.
So you can still switch to all of your items with those passives, or wear them all the time.
If the next step is a Trap skill test,
first click Inventory in the lower-right and switch your gear back before you disarm it.
Disarming a trap auto-advances you to the next step, which could be a fight.
