Chapter 4 - Quest "Find whereabouts of Pinecone in burning forest"

I'm looking all around the island and I don't know what I'm supposed to look for...
There's nothing what do I do?

Just found it, you got to find the gallows on the islands and it'll unlock a serie of mini-quests

This might sounds weird but how do you unlock chapter 4 ? I've played Chapter 1 - 3 and made every possible quest, discover everything on the three maps but Chapter 4 and 5 are still locked...

Beating chapter 3 should unlock chapter 4, thats how they all unlock. Note that chapter 4 is in the lower left of the map, you might think chapter 4 is where chapter 5 is.
