From top gameplay to zero, sadly
Overall I would give the game 100/100 score. I like everything very much, but I don't like controlling the individual characters on the map at all. Why is it not possible in single player (campaign) to control the entire group as a whole? This simply spoils the fun for me in solopay.

You can always use less characters, it's what I did in FTK1

Yeah but the feeling to have a "tank", "healer" an 2x dps is nice. But the controling is horrible on world map. If it would possible to play easy with one character, i would^^

So you want 4 characters, without controlling 4 characters, sounds like you need one or more friends

eh it makes sense, I keep all my party close on world map anyways so im essentially moving them together, just one at a time. No reason to not allow this. Just make it roll the slowest character for movement points for the whole group

BUT also make it so you can split them up before starting your movement if you do want to grab something on the map with one character

they need to make a cart or wagon you can get and just roll around in that, maybe it can have some pro/con

I am playing this game for the first time. I never played the first one. At first I was like, oh cool, can send party members to diff areas to trigger events. Sometimes they fight together, then I saw, mostly they would be fighting alone.

So yea kinda agree. Wouldve loved to keep my party together. Shop together etc. Seems so drawn out between turns.

Same feelings, the first game was clunky but still playable with 3 characters to control. But now you have to control 4, spending 75% of your time managing inventory and placement and it takes SO MUCH time I cannot enjoy it ..

We will have vehicles in FTK2 for those who don't enjoy the overworld movement of multiple party members.
From the second campaign onwards you'll be able to pick up a vehicle for both land and sea, operating movement for all party members at the same time if you so wish :)"

Tbh it seems like it's better to move a max of maybe 3 or 4 spaces and only taking fights on route to quest while saving any special nodes for the mobile party member.

What about a cheap cart item as a starting item so you can load up the bois if you want?

This needs to be in the first chapter, it's awful moving all 4 characters either by yourself or with friends. The rest of the game seems good so far.

Not having it in chapter one is a huge turn off for my desire to finish chapter 1, you are gonna alienate people right away for no real reason.

I mean, I will do it but for the sake of your game you should add quality of life stuff right away not make people wait for it, not everyone will get far enough to see it doesn't actually keep sucking.

I think I agree with the statement, cause until I came here to learn its in chapter 2. I am feeling offput myself in chapter 1 with the tedious moving everyone. Even the battles seemed to take forever. I was streaming this to my discord and people got bored cause I was just in a battle forever. =/
