How do I survive this dungeon? I go in there with 80% lightning protection and I get walloped at the front door. Can't survive. What do I need to do to handle this dungeon?

The quest to buy a horse is very confusing, it says follow path to town near graveyard. Pretty piss poor directions. What way do I go east, west, north, south???

Still can't bind move forward and back to the up and down arrow keys, they bind but it still doesn't work
