Where's the last overclocking module (3rd implant choice unlock)

I can't seem to find it anywhere, any help would be appreciated !

you need to meet chuck in a hallway - he has a red mullet.
He'll give you a quest to listen for little beeps in hallways. when you hear the beeps you have to hunt down a glowing thing somewhere in that hallway
shoot that to get secret implants
once you have found 3 of these, the next time you encounter chuck he'll give you the module

thanks ! I found it :D ! Makes quite a bit of difference to be able to level up the implants !

oh yeah it's wild, a lot of them having unique level 4 abilities too
