What is the purpose behind this area? I nearly encounter it once each run but it seems to hold nothing of intrest (other than getting credit by punching some of the viewers) maybe this area was made for the achievement and thats it? but idk, seems too fishy to me.

When you're in the 1st area right after starting a run, you get these halls before u enter a new combat room/ encounter, in these halls watch for doors that have the words "Sex Club" written over them in neon texting, sometimes u can break those doors and enter the said Sex Club. You'll get the achievement for it but nothing else...

Yes, Sex Club unlocks after you beat the game, and you get the achievement and an implant as a reward for finding :)
