I notice out of the 30 + games in my library, only four of them are certified verified. I really hope more of them get the Valve approval.

Easy way to 'bookmark' the Deck Verfied games checker...
1. Go to the page, which is linked above in the article.
2. Right click anywhere and then click on Copy Page URL
3. Toddle off to your profile and click the edit button, then paste it somewhere
4, Save

Then if you wish to revisit Steam Deck Verified page thingy, just visit your own profile.

Awesome to see like 80% of my library in the Verified category! There are a good handful I'd like to have that are only in the playable category but hey I'll gladly take 80% I look forward to playing Control, Horizon Zero Dawn, and Ni No Kuni to list a few :D

Is there any way you can make Steam Deck available to Australia and New Zealand, instead of just US Only? Seems rather unfair that you can't release something like this to the rest of the world, and have customers rely on importing through other means of Proxy Shipping when it's not directly purchasable in our regions.

No, it means the game you're trying to play with a controller does not support it, It's not the limitation of the Steam Deck, it's game dev's choice for not adding controller support. If you ask the game devs to add controller support you should be able to use a controller with those games. However that doesn't mean you can't already use a controller with the Steam Deck if you plug one to the system, you just have to open up Steam Controller Settings and then map keyboard buttons to controller buttons and then save that profile config for that particular controller.

It would be great if the compatibility was displayed IN STORE instead of in your library. I have games on ps4 like Tekken 7 and Street Fighter 5 that I have no intention of playing on pc, but I DO want to play them on the go. I would buy them just for Steam Deck...but Steam won't tell me if they're compatible before I buy them, so I won't until someone who already has them tells me.

The store already does this, though not very prominently: games that were already checked by Valve now display a "Steam Deck Compatibility" info box (on the right hand side of the store page, just below the "Languages" info box).
