Buy cogs in Chapter 13?

I need to find some cogs in chapter 13 as Atticus, in order to get the Star tarrot card. I can't find any more in the wild. A guide suggests I can buy some from someone called Darius, but I don't remember who that is. Can cogs be bought in Chapter 13, and if so, where is this Darius fellow?

I don't think so. Dante is the one you can buy cogs from (dwarven engineer that's usually in the docks area by Greenstreets ship or in the tavern) but I think only Teddy can actually buy cogs from him.

I assume you've collected all the cogs from all the other areas already?

So it seems. Pity I didn't try to pay rent with cogs back in Chapter 4 but sold them all instead, now I'd have the last tarrot card and the related achievement.

Any chance for a future patch adding a couple more cog spawns specifically at Chapter 13? :D :D :D
