Cleaning tasks bug

I accepted several model cleaning jobs from the Email and started cleaning the items without regard for the related jobs. Two of the jobs completed successfully but the third job, "Commission Inquiry: Certain models require cleaning", had a couple of items remaining to clean but the items were not in my inventory. My only option was to Decline the job thus losing the time spent cleaning items that were then cancelled. First, you might look into how simultaneous cleaning jobs are processed. Second, I believe there should be a reset button to cancel a project and reset it for replay. I messed up a couple of projects while trying to figure out how this game worked. I'm going to start a new game to recover from those errors.

On a positive note, I'm enjoying the TYB, overall. I was a model railroader in the early 1970s and belonged to a model railroading club. I had a layout back then but had to break it down when I moved. I've wanted to get back into it but now I'm not physically able to. I have a box with my old rolling stock and track sitting on a shelf. TYB is the first true model railroading simulations I've found. I'll post more enhancement requests in the future.

I just hit the same issue, can;t complete this cleaning job now, because two of the items have vanished out of my inventory.

I had the same problem, thinking that canceling it would reset it. But it didn't, and now I'm stuck in a situation where I can't unlock crucial buildings, and my game is completely unable to continue. I also had this happen to a few painting missions.

I don't think anyone is around to fix the bugs. It seam like this game is dead in the water. It was a great starts and then thy just stop updating it and adding new stuff to it . It really sad . We payed good money for this game and thy just turn there back on there customers. :(
