Sometimes fires become unestinguishable (Needed a reload)
The alerts on the left, like "No storage" or "no chapel" etc, need to be silenced for mental sanity.
The city counts, at the time, 1098 citizen.
Overall is a great gestional city builder. Personally I've preferred a bit of rts for the battles but is a minor complain, the current system has his charm :)
Edit: The effect volume is 0 everytime I load a saved game
Once the first patch is out, I’ll definitely write a review.
P.S. I agree with AoKo. The battles also need some improvement :)
Thank you :)
These problems happened there:
- Facilities, e.g. markets and warehouses, for no obvious reason tend to fail to provide goods, although there are plenty of these goods and there were no long ways (=adjacent buildings). No clear explanation was found why this tends to happen.
- Facilities were sometimes unexpectedly found to be understaffed without obvious reason.
It was assumed maybe sometimes workers do not get replaced automatically after they died, but this remained a guess.
And when they were replaced automatically, sometimes not by workers who live nearby but who live far away. So it was an ever ongoing task to always check and correct this.
- The long gameplay series ended prematurely because a building caught fire and this time it was impossible to fight this fire. So the fire spread to more and more buildings without anything could be done about it. This was the unexpected, premature end. In the comments somebody wrote, when this issue happens, it could be solved by saving and reloading the game, but this comment was too late of course.
I'm just telling this because I think it might be helpful for you for further developement. I think it is a very nice game, I put it on my wishlist and will follow it.
Finally I'd like to ask: Does it have a 'peaceful mode' so it can be played as a city builder without being forced into combats? I didn't see this within that gameplay.

(I have no connection at all with the maker of these gameplay videos.
I always look at some reviews or a gameplay video before I purchase a game.
His attention clearly was to try and promote this game because he liked it.
Before the devastating fire bug happened, he asked his viewers to write some positive reviews about this game because the existing bad reviews don't do it justice.
I guess it will become a great game soon, after some fixes and adding some information about a few unusual game mechanics which are not self-explaining, eg. https://steamcommunity.com/app/1674530/discussions/0/4693406768754105642/ .)
I completely agree with your statements. HOWEVER: The comment about reloading the game save was actually mine, and I had written it to him under a different video three days earlier. He even liked the comment. I think he deliberately wanted to end the series to focus on other games.
