[0.2.30.3] How do I put the gun and a custom mantlet onto the blank mantlet trunnion?

I tried looking it up as much as I can but even after reading steps on how to do it, I'm still very confused. The vertical drive has no torque nor a torque setting regardless of what I try.

Also, should I upload the "vehicle" (its just a gun and a mantlet) for people here to find what's wrong?

you can place stuff on a trunnion, like how you would place things on a hull or turret.

in compartment tab, there is an "add-on structure" you can place, including the gun trunnion. by default the add-on structure is a box.

as of v0.2, vertical drives don't have a torque slider anymore. it's a fixed value. you are therefore limited to gear ratio.
