clutch braking now better to drive than twin transmission

Ingame under clutch braking is a negative point which says its terrible slow when driving a curve and has a huge radius....... since patch today its the way around. My PzIV with clutch drives easy slalom and the Panther with twin ♥♥♥♥♥♥ needs a huge diamter and is slow .
And when it turns in place the speed of the tracks is not matching its turnspeed at all....track speed needs to be faster !
I did both with the given gear numbers, wheel and track size

Twin Transmission was somewhat reworked, it was suposed to make it better to turn, but a bug sliped trough that makes twin transmission tanks break like cluch breaking tanks for every minor turn, and, sometimes break even on a straight line.
