New Engine Sounds are...Meh

Seriously, Engines Sound Worse than Before, They Don't Sound Like Tank Engines, Instead, They Sound Like Bike Engines, I Suggest Playing (Just for the Sound Inspiration) Games Like WT or WoT.

The result is not so bad but the problem is that the sound is too saturated. Even more noticeable when stopped in gunner view, the sound of the engine idling sounds as if we had put a speaker against a microphone at maximum volume.

tracks sound better tahn before or the engine sound is so bad now that tracks i hear quite more. engine sound is total oversteered....horrible :-)

i think all the sound changes except for the engine are great the engine just needs a bit of tweaking

Some armored vehicles sound like that; the BMP and BMD series sound like riding mowers.

I Mean the Sounds Before Fitted the Game State, But These Sounds Just Sound Plain Wrong, Every Dev Makes Mistakes and This is Mushy's First Big One, They Need Alot of Tweaking and Probably Entire Overhaul, Engine Sounds Differ on the RPM and Number of Cylinders and So On, But These Engines Sound the Same, I Tried 2 Cylinders, 4, 6, 8, 12, No Difference.

These modern engines are supercharged and sound way off. There are Shermans, Fireflys, Tiger 1s, Tiger 2s, Panthers, hell even those pathetic soviet T-34s are still running.

This is the early stage, im up for engine generated sounds rather than soundtracks, they are just harder to tune. For example early 2000 LFS car simulator made some of the best procedural sounds, you could get any kind of car sound you like with mods altering cylinders and configurations. Its fair to give feedback about lack of proper sound feel tho. Big engines have complex base sound and harmonics, as long as you get one big expansion and intake sound they should mix together properly. Hope it gets better soon.

in warthunder they got now good generated engine sounds from original material. If a heavy Tiger climbs you here how it shifts and the engine rev up and growl louder.
