are rockets planned to be implemented?
such as TOW launchers and just rocket tanks

tow is really cold war era, and that stuff is just a possible post release extension.

unguided rockets are a possibility. self propelled artillery was once confirmed by the dev himself although far down the line, and rocket artillery does count as a sub-category. nobody cares about whether or not they played a marginal role in WWII, after all. in fact, you probably have a whole fanclub of people who will at least get your question answered explicitly once development eventually shifts to the shell designer.

to be fair unguided rockets were relatively common in ww2 and even on tanks

It really wasn't. The American T-34 was one of the only 'tanks' produced in ww2 that had mounted unguided rockets, but weren't introduced until after the Ardennes in 1945 because production was interrupted, and I quote, "The T34 Calliope wasn't very accurate or effective—but it sure was loud." Sure they might add those since they were 'IN' ww2, but I highly doubt it.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

I didn't specifically mean on tanks when I said unguided rockets were relatively common (aircraft, artillery, anti-tank roles, these were quite common by late war)
but they also were featured on multiple tanks, though rarely, and the calliope would've been one of my last note, as I was more thinking of stuff like the BM-8-24, the weird RBT-5, or the sturmtiger, then the british and canadian tulip rocket-equipped tanks, with rockets taken straight from air-to-ground support aircraft loadouts attached on the side of tank turrets

tanks encyclopedia has a pretty long article on Tulip rocket tanks, with depictions of not just shermans but also cromwells and staghounds being equipped with such rocket contraptions

Yea its just rare man, that's all, if enough people ask, it'll be added to the road map list.

Anti-tank missiles would be difficult to implement. They don't fly like shells do, and while the fire control and guidance mechanics are fairly simple, simulating them is a whole different matter.

Not that I oppose having missiles in Sprocket, mind you. ;-)

guided missiles have some differences, but nothing says it is particularly harder than average work at all. not quite a reason why they would be left aside.
even the unguided one is OK ,as it's difficult to simulating "rocket" with the cannon parts given.:steamsad:

Tbf, rockets were invented before guns, and were used quite a fair bit during WW2, some famous examples would be a Sherman calliope, Katyusha, Nerbelwerfer. so multiple nations did use them.
