Which in turn goes into tactical combat when assaulting or defending a zone where you play with your units from the strategy layer.
Bonus points if the strategy layer can be filled with custom factions so one can play vs self-made or Workshop etc. constructions and can have that mode stay fresh for quite some time. Also to maybe have an option how divided the zones would be from relatively few different zones to a truly ridiculous amount for longer campaigns.
Though I feel that might be slightly too much and be more like a companion game to Sprocket or something like that, but would be great to have it as all-in-one package.
That and more types of everything really - e.g shells and material types.
This - being able to spawn or create scenarios where you can fight against your tanks from the other factions you've made would be cool.
the full map can be read in one of the pinned threads.
You can actually add your own designs to scenario missions. Sprocket's folder in steamapps has a huge blueprint section of AI tanks. Simply switch these out with your own designs.
And if they make that possible, they'll also need to remove the maximum crew count of 5. It would definitely help a lot of higher caliber tank designs to have two loaders.
Although mod and workshop support would allow for both of those.
Maybe a toggle option you can switch on once you've been knocked out, showing where the kill shot went through with a little red marker, or by highlighting the surface which has been penetrated.
Sometimes you can't find or see the hole if it's dark, or you've been hit in a weird position from a weird angle.
ngl i just want to practice my marksmanship and arc gauging with a potato launcher, and the poor accuracy from such a short barrel happens to play against it.
