It would be pretty dang cool. Set up diplomacy or Trade with other Factions/Towns. Build an Army and attack other towns. Have civilians get resources for you(wood, stone, gold, etc). Send out patrols or scouting parties to clear nearby dungeons. You could go a long way.

Hi! The features you proposed are more for a colony building simulation game. For now, I am focused at developing the RPG side of the game.

Perhaps, in the distant future, we could become the leader of a village with some of these features. But there are many things to implements before that! :)

Kenshi is the only game to do this minus the diplomacy/trading it's kind of what im hoping vagabond to be to share some game mechanics of crusader kings 3 but minimized down to a single player story with an evolving world but i guess we shall see

There is a game called darkdire that has some of these features and is open world too. Its very janky though. I personally was able to overlook that because it actually is pretty cool anyway.

There is a game called darkdire that has some of these features and is open world too. Its very janky though. I personally was able to overlook that because it actually is pretty cool anyway.

I buyed and played darkdire after reading your post, and i realy like it.

It's a little like what DF's adventure mode should look like.

Rimworld exists.
As well as every other colony building sim game that allows this.
