Game won't play

The game always seems to install with the .exe file missing and I don't understand why it's happening. Trying to retrieve the missing files causes the game to never fully update, getting stuck in a loop. Does anyone know why this may be happening?

Unfortunately yes. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it multiple times to no avail. I'm not sure what I should do to try and fix the problem

I tried to start the game and the error code I received is saying I'm missing an executable, the .exe file. It has thus gone into a cycle where it tries to update but always pauses itself before completely going through, even if I try to to unpause the download.
