Will GB4 be playable offline?

This probably sounds stupid, but honestly, it is something that worries me. I sank a lot of time into GBM designing suits, I just want to be able to do the same in case my internet goes down

GB3 wasn't a service game and could be played offline. I didn't play NGB so I can't comment there. But I assume GB4 will be playable offline as well.

Well...it's releasing on the Switch, so I'd say that could be a good indicator that it should be, accounting for the portability and all.

Of course now I'm just in a state of absolute dread because this is Bamco we're talking about, the kings of shooting themselves in the foot at the last possible second.

Unless they plan to do a SonyDiver2 with Switch version as well. Even people with legs full of holes know better than to have different online requirements on different platforms for the same game.

Well they've already said crossplay isn't in the cards, so I doubt we'll have any kind of account mandate to worry about.
