Abilities are so confusing, please help me understand.
The UI in this game is an aboslute nightmare to work with or understand.

Does someone know if Attack Power: Right/Left Close Range Up works on two handed weapons since you use both hands for them?

Also what is up with two handed swords being categorized as Large Sword type but instead of calling the Attack Power up: Large Swords it is called Greatsword for whatever reason.

Even more confusing. The Large Mace is categorized under Large Sword. So does that mean Attack Power: Greatsword increases its damage?

The Abilities all use the normal spellings of the categories, like 大剣 and サーベル, while the text on the selection for some reason uses English versions, i.e. "Large Sword" and "Saber." It's a little confusing at first, but it's consistent at least.

You must match the name of ability and part

I see. So is there no equivalent for the two handed weapons or does it drop in later stages or something?

Attack Power: Greatsword is for Large Sword, just another out of sync translation

I think you misunderstoof what i asked. one handed Sabers for example they have an "Attack Power: Saber" right?. But also if you equip it on your left hand you can combine it with "Attack Power: Left Close Range Up" giving it 2 attack bonuses when equipped on the left hand. But there is no such hand specifid Attack Power up for two handed weapons to my knowdlege.

That is correct.

That is correct.

also there's another thing not sure it's a bug or by design
even the large sword occupied both hands, but it doesn't take "Attack Power: Left Close Range Up" nor Right into account
It does not, and I am likewise unsure whether that is intentional or not.
