Where to get 00 Raiser Parts?

Is there a specific quest / mission to farm the 00 Raiser parts? Because as far as I came up with there are only two quests where 00 Raiser appears twice. I mostly just want the Backpack. As it's my favorite!

There's a mission in chap 1 that spawns in the 00 mobile suits, including the Raiser. If you want trans am, you should be able to get a back pack with it relatively easily.

Once you beat 00 Raiser you can buy the parts in the store when you go down the stairs on the right side

Aren't those parts bare bones? As in with no levels, low rarity, and whatnot? Are those better than the ones with levels and a rarity with abilities already on them? or what?

Hi after beating chapter 2 you can start upgrading rarity and level and adding more abilites, so there is really no need to grind a stage over and over again to get a certain part, i just bought the kit to get all the parts i was missing and upgraded everything the way i wanted, you can swap all abilities the way you see fit and upgrade level and rarity as you go.
