[LATE GAME STORY SPOILERS] Is Meister Jin... a returning Gundam Breaker character?

As mentioned, huge spoilers for the story into the late game.

But could Meister Jin be... the main character from Gundam Breaker 3? In the Gundam Breaker Battlogue it's confirmed that the Breaker 3 MC indeed has a name and face, Nagitsuji Takuma.

Here are some evidence that they might be one and the same person.

Both are voiced by Nozuyama Yukihiro in the Japanese dub.

Both have silver-colored hair.

Both have a SD Gundam companion character, which is also voiced by Matsumoto Yasunori (the original voice actor for Knight Gundam in the SD Gundam series), and they refer to their team leader as "Aruji-dono" / "My lord" in the Japanese dub (the English subtitles/dub doesn't show this - and instead incorrectly makes Artal refer to Meister as "sir" instead).

And as a side note, Artal is seemingly implied to be an AI as well, which may or may not be Robota from Breaker 3 or at least, a character that is designed after Robota, as the final DLC of Breaker 3 had Robota stranded in space for a long period of time.

Takuma and Meister share the same design philosophy when it comes to their gunpla, that is being 00-based. Takuma uses Command Qan[T] in the Battlogue anime - obviously designed after the Qan[T], while Meister Jin uses a combination of Cherudim, 00 Seven Sword (and strangely the Pale Rider).

Meister Jin is perhaps familiar with the circumstances of Lin and Misa. He also responded in a quite exasperated manner when asking about the context behind Lin's new gunpla, given to her by Misa in Mission 26.

While i like the idea and the SD Robota looking, wouldn't Misa instantly recognize Meister Jin if that's the case? They did a whole load of things together in GB3 after all, yet Misa shows barely any sign of recognizing either Jin or Robota.

But who knows, maybe that would be a DLC story. I was wondering too why Jin sounded weird when asking Misa about the gunpla, it was as if HE was the who gave it to Misa hoping she'd use it.

But he's wearing a mask! It's literally unpossible to tell who he is!

So far after I finished the story, I can tell Meister Jin is protagonist from GB3,
GB4 set many years after Gundam battloque, MIsa now older and have to take care of her younger cousin (Lin), even the Gundam clubTrio from battloque now aren't student anymore & semi retired, joined clan war just their reunion.
