And 2: Does it come with dual Gatling and combat knife?
Just for clerification.
Or is that out since every build absolutely must have at least one close-range weapon on it? And Heavyarms Custom to my understanding took the piddly forearm knife out of the base model in lieu of more ammo and dual double-gatling guns?
...though in which case why not put the Melee class on it for giant robot fisticuffs and stick the model in anyway
You made me question something so I dug out my Heavyarms(s) - That knife is part of the original model and the EW model. Don't forget Trowa is a literal ballistic murder clown and has "a trick or two" up his literal sleeve, even his Gundam's sleeve lol.

I just realized I could actually be helpful: So Heavy Arms Custom is Almost a kitbash. I can confirm double gatling exists for both sides so here's a couple pictures of the HG box in case anyone wants to try really hard to convert their Heavy Arms into custom.

Here's a side by side for comparison - there's a major helemet difference (or maybe not. My custom is HG and my EW Heavyarms is MG so maybe it's a MG difference) you'll have to work around but otherwise they are very similar

If ya squint, it's mint LOL - It can obviously be better but I was just eye dropping colors from an illustration and trying it as an experiment real quick. There are some shenanigans with part selection on color that'll make your life hard but otherwise you can come really close.

Honestly it was the more missiles thing I was after since I could get the doublegats from the Serpent models.
F'in same, was my second favorite MS of EW after Wing Zero Custom. First favorite now; changing times and the scream of all of the warheads of overkill speaks to me more now than two giant [bleep]-off laser cannons and angel wings.
I swear the knife thing or lack thereof is why they don't include Heavyarms Custom by default in this game, by the sounds of it: going to assume back in GB3 there was also a close-range weapons requirement for all MS?
Yeah, you've always needed a melee weapon (or an unarmed moveset weapon.)
They could probably get away with using Blazing Gundam's beam tonfa animations for the Heavyarms knife.
